In modern day dentistry, we face many crossroads when making restorative decisions. Should we rely on traditional mechanical approaches which tend to be more aggressive or do we go with modern minimally invasive approaches. What about traditional analog vs modern digital ?

At first glance these decisions may seem obvious but all is not always what it seems. Longevity, case complexity, clinical bias, patient expectations, skill level all play a part in the decision making process.
